Overview
Indian Post Payments Bank Limited (IPPB), a government-owned banking entity under the Department of Post, Ministry of Communications, is inviting applications for the recruitment of 47 Circle-Based Executives. Salary and Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary of ₹30,000 (inclusive of all statutory deductions).
- Performance-based incentives and annual salary increments as per the discretion of the Competent Authority.

- Maximum Age: 35 years
Educational Qualifications & Experience

Job Responsibilities
- Achieving monthly revenue targets through direct sales.
- Organizing customer acquisition events and financial literacy campaigns.
- Conducting training and awareness sessions on IPPB products for GDS.
- Collaborating with Department of Posts (DoP) Inspectors and Postmasters for sales and service initiatives.
- Acquiring new customers and developing strategic relationships with channel partners.
- Assisting branch operations and supporting overall business development efforts.
- Undertaking any additional responsibilities as assigned by the bank.
Reservation & Age Relaxation
- SC/ST Candidates: 5 years age relaxation.
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Candidates: 3 years age relaxation.
- PWD-UR Candidates: 10 years age relaxation.
- PWD-OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Candidates: 13 years age relaxation.
- PWD-SC/ST Candidates: 15 years age relaxation.
- Ex-Servicemen: As per Government of India guidelines.
- OBC candidates belonging to the Creamy Layer are not eligible for reservation benefits and must apply under the General category.
Selection Process
Selection will be based on graduation marks, group discussion, and personal interview. IPPB reserves the right to conduct an online test if required.
